We want you to love your purchase from CurvyDresses.shop absolutely. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

⚠️ Non-returnable items: Intimate wear, clearance/sale items, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@curvydresses.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return steps.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective/damaged on arrival).

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange for a different size or color (if available).
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed/shipped.
